This piece was wheel thrown with stoneware, glazed and fired to cone 5. The total height with lid on is 4.25” The base measures approximately 3.5“ tall x 3.775“ wide at mouth. The top part for butter measures 3.775“ tall x 2.75“ wide at mouth and 3.775“ wide at “skirt”. Food, microwave and dishwasher safe, but handwashing is recommended for longevity.

Fill the base with an inch of water and fill your bell with soft butter to make the seal. Replace water daily to avoid mold. Leave on the counter and enjoy!
